• To provide, operate and maintain the Services, including live viewing, recording, playback and notifications.

3. Your media content

Video and audio captured by your cameras belong to you. We do not sell your media content. Footage is transmitted over encrypted channels and stored in accordance with the storage option you choose (local microSD and/or cloud). You control sharing, and you can delete cloud-stored content through the app.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf (for example cloud hosting), under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, and only as needed to deliver the Services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Data retention

We retain account and device information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Media content is retained according to your chosen storage plan and settings. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

We apply technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and secure authentication — designed to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.
